Our founder Anthony spent years running vendor operations on the make-ready side of apartment turns. The cleaning crews, the last-minute schedule changes when summer move-out season hit and every unit needed work at once, the units that got bumped because a new lease came in overnight. He knew what it felt like to show up ready and get stopped by bad information. To do great work with no way to prove it.
That experience is baked into every decision TURN makes. We know what vendors need to succeed, and we know what property managers need to trust them. The product exists at that intersection.
