TURN exists because of the community we've built over decades of working side by side with property managers. When the idea surfaced in mid-2025, we didn't start by building software. We started by asking questions: Are you as stressed as we are? Is this process as broken as it feels? If we built something better, would you help shape it?
We spent hundreds of hours in conversation with management teams. And what we heard was consistent: everyone believed there had to be a better way, and many were ready to help create it.
As the vision became clearer, Anthony brought in his longtime friend John, who has deep experience in AI and technology, to help translate real-world turnover challenges into a platform built to support the way property managers actually work.
This wasn't built in isolation. It was built with you. To help managers like you. And vendors like us.
Built From 20 Years of Experience
TURN was born from 20 years on the vendor side of the make-ready process.
Our founder, Anthony, helps lead his family's cleaning company, which has serviced well over 100,000 apartment turns in the last two decades. We have lived the chaos: misread boards, scheduling breakdowns, delayed move-ins, and constant back-and-forth between teams and vendors.
We didn't build TURN to tweak the system.
We built it because the system doesn't work.
This platform was built to solve the problems we face every single day, alongside the property managers we have worked beside for years.
